Mona started at Coley Insurance while still in high school and will celebrate her 40th anniversary with the agency in 2023. She began her career learning the various aspects of insurance products and learning our client base. From there she transitioned into selling and servicing mostly personal lines insurance. In time, Mona began learning more aspects of the commercial insurance world and accounting for the agency. Today, Mona wears many hats including office manager, human resources, accounting and, she still finds the time to personally assist the long-term clients who have grown used to working with her.
When not at work, Mona enjoys reading, cooking, working in her yard and spending time with her family and friends. Coming from a farm family, Mona has a love for agriculture and is especially fond of all things watermelon.
